MyTechDesk is a completely web-based application hosted by the Imperial County Office of Education. No hardware or complicated configurations are required to support the implementation of MyTechDesk. In the future, we will be releasing a locally-hosted workorder solution for those organizations who prefer to host the product on their own network.
