Q) I am a staff member and the link to one or more of these links in Options/Manage Group is dimmed: Group, Sub-groups, Locations, Staff, Requestors, Categories and Custom Fields. Why? A) Your group manager has not given you access to these resources. Contact your group manager and request the necessary access rights.
