MyTechDesk Online User Guide

From time to time, we are contacted to answer questions regarding MyTechDesk. For ease of navigation, these questions have been separated into five basic groups:

  • General questions provide answers to common issues that may be encountered by any user.
  • Group Manager questions deal specifically with questions encountered during the creation and management of a group.
  • Staff questions address issues that may arise during the updating of workorders.
  • Requestor (end-user) questions originate at the placement of a workorder. Any person creating a work order can be considered a requestor.
  • Technical questions arise on specific equipment, data, or browser specifications
